Pandora Selects SAP to Strengthen Digital Core and Support Global Growth

Pandora has decided to use SAP S/4HANA Cloud system to support its global change. The project should facilitate labor by making it easier and more productive and ensure customers get an increasingly better experience in all its outlets.

Pandora has its headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark and it is the largest jewel brand in the globe. As of 2021, it posted DKK 31.7 billion (EUR 4.2 billion) and has a workforce of 37,000. It has over 100 countries in which they operate both in retail and online operations.

The new SAP system will arrive through RISE with SAP and become the system of a unified ERP. By becoming more uniform and efficient, Pandora hopes to streamline its manufacturing, office and store activities.

Being a business that sells in multiple locations simultaneously, Pandora still commits finances on the digital interaction. The SAP solution unifies the retail front-end with the back end systems in real time. Joint dashboards, automation, and analytics will contribute to a faster decision-making process and service.

There is also the support accorded to the store staff of Pandora in the rollout. Reduced digital tools will reduce administration time and provide the employees with instant access to information about the customers and to inventory records.

The planning, store management, and customer insights strategy feature a built-in AI. Pandora has drawn a clear schedule of deployment that is aimed at efficiency improvement of the company and ensuring a better working environment to the employees.
