Carrier Global Corporation has announced the rebranding of its worldwide network of command centers to Carrier Customer Command Centers, effective October 2, 2025.
The company has claimed that the new identity emphasizes the customer first approach but increases the contribution of the centers to energy efficiency, uptime, temperature compliance, and cost management.
Increased Service And Energy Role
The facilities, which were previously known as BluEdge Command Centers, have also won various industry awards in the field of service innovations. The rebranded network serves in excess of 240,000 linked assets and 32000 buildings around the globe today.
Carrier assured that the centers perform 24/7 monitoring of the systems and detected over 10,000 needs of the service monthly using predictive analytics. More than 60 percent of the HVAC and lighting problems were solved remotely within the last year which saves time and eliminates costly truck roll.
Cold Chain And Compliance
The company said the Carrier Customer Command Centers play a key role in cold chain solutions. Because they monitor deliveries, they offer visibility and compliance confirmation to food and medicine deliveries.
The rebranding also brings the centers into line with the clarity, consistency, and the customer-centricity of the centers that are global to Carrier.

Under the rebrand, Carrier emphasizes the size and capacity of its command center network and indicates that it is continuing to invest in connected services.
The Carrier Customer Command Centers are positioned as a critical part of the company’s long-term strategy to improve customer outcomes.
