Tyson Demo Day 2025 spotlighted AI innovations in food technology as eleven global startups pitched solutions at Tyson Foods’ headquarters in Springdale, Arkansas.
AI-Powered Startups Present at Tyson Foods HQ
Held on July 9, and hosted by Tyson Ventures — the venture capitalist arm of Tyson Foods — the meeting honed on the search for AI-based solutions that can drive sustainability, efficiency and quality improvements to product throughout the company’s protein supply chain.
Eleven companies from seven U.S. states and four countries were selected to showcase innovative solutions based on artificial intelligence, analytics, product and packaging technology, and consumer insight platforms. Six were chosen to be further engaged with inside of Tyson Foods.
The companies are Delineate, providing real-time analytics for brand performance; Orby AI, an enterprise automation platform; Prevera, a maker of antimicrobial proteins for food safety and shelf life; Proxy Foods, that aids product developers from concept to launch; Qloo, using cultural data to predict consumer tastes; and Tastewise, that transforms massive volume data into trend forecasting and brand insights.
Others were Observa, Shelfgram, Seekr Technologies, GrowinCo and Descartes & Mauss.
Tyson Demo Day is themed around a different hot topic for innovation each year. In 2025, the theme revolved around AI Innovations in FoodTech, focusing on branding, transparency and scalable impact. The chosen startups will now keep talking with Tyson Foods to develop high potential Use Cases across all parts of the business.
