Beyond Meat Launches Beyond Immerse Sparkling Protein Drink

Beyond Meat has launched a new sparkling plant-based protein drink called Beyond Immerse, marking its first move into the functional beverage category. The product was announced on January 15 and is being sold for a limited time through the company’s direct-to-consumer platform, Beyond Test Kitchen.

Beyond Immerse is positioned as a clear, crisp protein beverage rather than a traditional thick shake. The drink combines plant protein, fiber, antioxidants, and electrolytes in a carbonated format aimed at everyday hydration and nutrition use.

The new line is launching in three flavours: Peach Mango, Lemon Lime, and Orange Tangerine.

Each flavour is offered in two nutritional formats. One version provides 10 grams of protein, 7 grams of fiber, and 60 calories per bottle. A higher-protein option delivers 20 grams of protein, 7 grams of fiber, and 100 calories per serving.

Beyond Meat says the drink uses pea-based protein and tapioca-derived fiber, alongside added vitamin C and electrolytes. The product is marketed as supporting muscle health, gut health, and immune function.

The launch represents a clear expansion beyond Beyond Meat’s traditional “center-of-plate” business, which has focused mainly on plant-based meat alternatives such as burgers, sausages, and prepared meals. Moving into beverages places the company in a faster-growing functional drinks segment that continues to attract consumer demand across global markets.

Beyond Immerse is currently available only via Beyond Test Kitchen, the company’s product testing platform. This limited release model allows Beyond Meat to gather performance data and consumer feedback before considering broader retail distribution.
