The arrival of Organic Nishiki Rice meets rising consumer demand for health-focused and environmentally responsible food. JFC confirmed that the product is produced using identical proprietary seed as its conventional Nishiki rice programs but is grown through certified organic growing practice.
The organic rice will use no synthetic fertilizers and substances to succeed in promoting biodiversity, safeguarding the quality of water and soil, and minimizing the impact on the environment in Northern California rice fields. Its product is applied to sushi, donburi, onigiri, pilaf etc., and other high-quality dishes on medium-grain rice.
