Kesko will hold an investor event on 29 September 2025.
The day will begin with visits to the grocery trade logistics centre in Vantaa and the new Onnela logistics centre in Hyvinkää. Onnela, developed for Onninen and K-Auto, is scheduled to begin operations in the second half of the year.
Transport to the locations will depart from Kesko’s K-Kampus in Helsinki.
After the site visits, Kesko’s CEO Jorma Rauhala and CFO Anu Hämäläinen will present updates on growth, profitability, and progress in strategy execution.
The event is open to institutional investors, analysts, and media. Presentations will be delivered in English. A full agenda with registration details will be published closer to the date.
Onnela is one of the largest logistics investments in Kesko’s history. The site covers 85,000 square metres and is being developed in phases through 2030. It is located on a 42-hectare property acquired in 2021.
Once operational, Onnela is expected to employ 400 to 500 people. It will serve both technical trade and automotive spare parts logistics. The centre includes automation for order handling, packaging, and labelling.
Kesko has committed around €300 million to the project. Sustainability features include nearly 100 geothermal wells and rooftop solar power generating around 630 MWh per year. The solar system has already been activated and is supplying energy to the construction site.
The facility is designed to meet BREEAM “Very Good” standards.
Kesko investor event logistics centre visit remains the core focus of the 29 September 2025 programme.
