Kissabel Apple Season Begins with Strong Harvest Forecasts

Kissabel apple harvesting in the northern hemisphere is now underway and growers are already reporting good harvests and a number of scheduled consumer promotions.

The brand with its uniquely coloured flesh apples in pink and deep red will be present at Fruit Attraction Madrid between 30 September and 2 October. Kissabel will receive guests in a stand of its own in Hall 08, Stand 8A16, which will be customised.

Harvest Perspective Cross Markets

It started in mid-September, when the partners of IFORED programme launched sales in their countries. Some of the markets are likely to remain available until February.

In America, NBT is in its third sales season in early October with Jaune and Rouge varieties. It is predicted to have volumes within the expected range, and quality that would continue to be supplied till the end of October.

In France, the Orange and Rouge varieties are the services that Mesfruits and Blue Whale are targeting, with a view of increased distribution. Mesfruits will be focusing on European market, and Blue Whale is catering both on the domestic and Asia customers. The estimated sales window would be extended up to November.

Worldwide Fruit, a British partner has opened sales of the Orange, Rouge and Jaune, and it is anticipated to have robust supply up to the month of February. Initial reviews show the situation to be great regarding quality and looks.

However, as a company, Fenaca is collaborating between the Orange and Rouge types in Switzerland, and these are likely to be available until December.

The Rouge campaign will launch in the end of October with the NovaMele Consortium including Melinda, VIP, Rivoira, La Trentina and VOG in Italy. The future is promising a good crop.

In Germany, Red Apple Germany is also set to launch, in late October based on the Rouge variety, with pro-quantum prospects of volume and quality.

Marketing Initiatives

Together with the development of harvest, several customized marketing campaigns are also being launched as a way of creating consumer awareness.

In the US, the retailers are accentuating the special coloured flesh of Kissabel using point-of-sale materials, packaging, displays and tastings. This is aimed at building a better brand and appeal to regular customers.

In France, it is offering both domestic development and international development, especially in Asia, where there is an increasing interest in new kinds of fruits.

The campaign in the United Kingdom is established on online advertisements and outdoor advertisements, which are aimed at highlighting the unique colours in the interior of Kissabel apples.

In Italy, the reach of consumers is a combination of social media, personalized communication, in-store tasting and attendance of national fairs on food, like the Fiera dell Artigianato.

In Germany it will be possible to expect themed in-store activity during the Halloween season, which will be supported with a competition rewarding creative product display. The Baking Red Event will also resurrect in the future where consumers are invited to demonstrate recipes prepared using Kissabel apples.

At Fenaca in Switzerland, the customer loyalty and the uniformity of quality are increasing the retail and gastronomy base, and the target is to develop them further.

Fruit Attraction Showcase

The new season will be staged on the international scene on Fruit Attraction in Madrid. It is 30 September and 2 October and it will give the buyers and visitors a chance to have a first hand experience of what Kissabel range tastes like. The position of the brand is in Hall 08, Stand 8A16.

The season 2025 of the Kissabel apple will be in a position to produce great harvests in various countries and reach larger audiences with the combination of marketing initiatives. The brand has unique products and increased awareness and it is about to take another excellent year in the fresh produce market.
