Laura Flanagan Appointed to Mission Produce Board

Mission Produce has appointed Laura Flanagan to its board of directors, effective June 30, 2025. With this move, the board expands from nine to ten members. Flanagan joins as an independent Class III director. Her term will run until the Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

Mission Produce is a global supplier of fresh Hass avocados. The company stated the appointment supports its long-term strategy by adding senior leadership experience across food and beverage. Flanagan brings more than 25 years of experience leading growth across major consumer goods businesses.

Before joining the board, Flanagan served as CEO of Ripple Foods, a company in the plant-based dairy segment. During her tenure, Ripple improved revenue, profitability, and innovation. She also served as CEO of Foster Farms, a poultry producer, and earlier held executive roles at ConAgra Brands, PepsiCo, and General Mills.

She currently serves on the board of Performance Food Group. She has also held board positions at TopGolf Callaway Brands and Core-Mark International.

Flanagan holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. She also holds a boardroom certification from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Laura Flanagan joins Mission Produce during a phase of global expansion and strategic development in the fresh produce industry. Her appointment supports the company’s goal of delivering value through operational performance and growth leadership.
