Spain has been named the 2025 Country of Honor at the Americas Food & Beverage Show. The event runs from September 10 to 12 at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Spain’s presence includes 54 stands — one of the biggest international groups this year. The show is organised by the World Trade Center Miami.
The Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce has led the organisation of Spain’s pavilion. The focus is to grow the country’s role in global food and drink trade. This title reflects Spain’s strong support for the show and its growing ties in the Western Hemisphere.
Ivan Barrios, President and CEO of the World Trade Center Miami, praised the partnership.
“We are honoured to recognise Spain as the 2025 Country of Honor. Spain has been an integral part of the show. Our partnership with the Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce has helped bring some of the country’s most innovative and high-quality producers to the forefront of trade. This celebrates Spain’s leadership, dedication, and investment in the Americas market.”
Juan Carlos Pereira, Executive Director of the Spain-United States Chamber of Commerce, said the show is key for Spain’s exporters.
“Being part of the Americas Food & Beverage Show 2025 was a strategic move for the Spain-US Chamber and its companies. This tradeshow offers an exceptional B2B platform for our producers and exporters. It connects them not only to US buyers but also to importers and distributors from the Caribbean and Central America. In 2019, with support from Jordi Boada and a group from Andalusia, we hosted 24 companies. This year, we’re proud to present around 60. It’s our fifth year organising the Spain Pavilion. Each year, our presence grows — and so does the show’s reputation.
We are deeply grateful for the World Trade Center Miami’s support from day one. Their help made this possible. We’ve seen the show’s huge growth up close. We believe it’s becoming a key business event in the hemisphere. We also value the World Trade Center’s bigger mission for global trade — a goal we share and back fully.”
The Americas Food & Beverage Show is the top B2B event for suppliers and buyers across the region. It is open only to industry professionals. Retailers, foodservice companies, importers, distributors and wholesalers join to find new products and fresh ideas.
