ALDI SÜD Launches HR Campaign Highlighting Daily Store Work

ALDI SÜD has launched a new initiative under the title “Invisible Moments, Visible Appreciation” as part of the latest ALDI SÜD HR campaign.

The campaign recognises the daily contributions of store employees across roles such as cashiers, sales associates, and merchandisers.

The campaign focuses on the vital role of in-store personnel in the first place, which also underlines the activities of in-store personnel behind the scenes by providing the easy work and customer experience.

Attention to daily job activities is another way that underlines the message of appreciation in the workplace through ALDI SUD.

A study conducted by the Trendence HR monitor shows that appreciation is one of the main questions in the selection of the employer amongst the female applicants.

The new film in the centre of the campaign includes true-to-life in-store footage revealing dedication, precision and teamwork.

The ALDI SÜD HR campaign will be broadcast on multiple channels including cinemas, connected TV, display ads, YouTube, and social media.

It was developed by the employer branding agency YeaHR and media agency PHD Germany. The campaign officially launched on 7 July 2025.
