The AEON Tan An Shopping Center opened on October 4, 2025. The AEON Group eighth shopping center in Vietnam is the first AEON in the southwest of Ho Chi Minh City. AEON Tan An Shopping Center is located in the fast-developing region.
The place is Long An Ward, Tay Ninh Province. Its total floor area is approximately 26,700 m2 with an AEON general merchandise store of 13,000 m2. The center has about 30 specialty stores. It has a parking capacity of 270 cars and 935 motorbikes. The tower consists of three above-ground levels and a movies theater and one basement.
Its design is Daily Community Park. The facility has approximately 11,000 plants, terraces and out-of-door resting locations. The center is certified LOTUS-NC-V3 building environment.
Customer amenities are free parking, free Wi-Fi, baby rooms, stroller and wheelchair loans, and electronic signage. There is a childrens playground and family entertainment. The cinema is a big complex comprising of several screens.
The AEON Tan An GMS is a mixture of Japanese and Vietnamese food culture. It specializes in ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat products, organic and health-driven products and general fresh foods. The food court has 188 seats and is approximately 750 m 2. The store continues to widen clothes, house, sports and beauty lines, as well as, a big health and beauty care area. The current is the tenth AEON GMS in Vietnam. Topvalu own-label counts more than 1,000 items.
Smart and digital services involve facial-recognition smart lockers, electronic shelf tags, semi self-check out, self-order kiosk, and automated parking system. Treatment is available as order through AEON Eshop and delivery through Grab and Shopee Food.
The center has approximately 1,000 employees with 500 at the GMS. The major trade center consists of approximately 260,000 inhabitants in a 15-minute radius.
Opening hours: the shopping center is open 10:00-22:00 on working days and 9:00-22:00 on weekends and holidays. Ground-floor cafes operate 8:00-22:00. The movie theatre opens at 10:00 and closes with the latest movie. The GMS is open 8:00-22:00 on the 1st floor and 10:00-22:00 on the higher floors or 9:00-22:00 on weekends and holidays.
Through this launch, AEON grows its presence in Vietnam and provides an additional retail and community destination to young families in the southwest market. The presence of AEON Tan An Shopping Center is another boost to AEON mid-size shopping center in the country.
