Nestlé has restated its 2025 financial reporting structure to reflect a new operating model that took effect on 1 January 2026, the company announced on 23 March 2026.
The company said its operating segments now consist of three geographic zones and two globally managed businesses. The geographic zones are Zone Americas, Zone Asia, Oceania and Africa, and Zone Europe. The globally managed businesses are Nespresso and Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages.
Nestlé also confirmed that it will now report product performance under four main categories: Coffee, Petcare, Nutrition, and Food & Snacks. Waters & Premium Beverages will be disclosed separately.
The company republished 2025 quarterly, half-year, nine-month, and full-year sales figures under the new structure to allow investors and analysts to compare performance with the 2026 reporting format.
Nestlé said it also published organic sales growth, real internal growth, and pricing data by operating segment and product category for the same periods, including quarterly breakdowns.
The restatement does not change the company’s previously reported total sales figures but changes how revenue is allocated across segments and categories. The move aligns Nestlé Health Science with the Nutrition business across the three geographic zones, simplifying the company’s reporting structure.
The updated structure will be used in Nestlé’s 2026 financial reporting, starting with the company’s upcoming quarterly sales updates.
