METRO Inc. has announced it will release its second quarter fiscal 2026 financial results on April 22, 2026.

The Montréal-based food and pharmacy retailer said the results release will be followed by a conference call at 9:30 a.m. EDT, where senior management will discuss the financial results and answer questions from analysts and investors. The call will be led by President and CEO Eric R. La Flèche and Executive Vice President and CFO Nicolas Amyot.

The conference call will be open to analysts and institutional investors, with journalists and the public able to listen in. A replay will be made available after the call and will remain accessible until May 22, 2026.

METRO is one of Canada’s major food and pharmacy retailers, operating a network of around 1,000 food stores under banners including Metro, Metro Plus, Super C, Food Basics, Adonis and Première Moisson, as well as approximately 640 pharmacies under banners such as Jean Coutu, Brunet, Metro Pharmacy and Food Basics Pharmacy.

The upcoming results will provide an update on the company’s sales performance, retail operations and pharmacy business in Québec and Ontario, two of the most competitive grocery markets in Canada.

The company is scheduled to publish its financial results before the conference call on April 22.

Why It Matters
