Graphic Packaging Strengthens Financial Leadership with New Appointments

ATLANTA, USA — March 30, 2026Graphic Packaging Holding Company has named two senior leaders to support its global financial strategy. Melanie Skijus will return as Vice President, Investor Relations, and Randy Miller joins as Vice President, Treasury and Capital Finance.

Skijus, effective April 20, 2026, previously led investor relations at Graphic Packaging from 2019 to 2025. She brings more than 15 years of experience across consumer packaging, manufacturing, and financial services. Miller, starting April 27, 2026, will oversee global treasury operations, focusing on cash flow, capital structure, and financing.

The appointments aim to strengthen the company’s financial management, supporting disciplined capital allocation, strong cash generation, and long-term shareholder value. President and CEO Robbert Rietbroek said the additions will bolster the team as Graphic Packaging continues to execute its strategy.

Graphic Packaging designs and produces consumer packaging primarily from renewable or recycled materials. Its network of design and manufacturing facilities serves leading food, beverage, and FMCG brands worldwide, positioning the company as a key player in sustainable packaging solutions.
