In a major development in the global clean energy market, Marubeni Corporation has signed a long-term green ammonia agreement with Envision Energy Co., Ltd., a leading renewable technology company. The deal secures Marubeni’s access to green ammonia produced with renewable wind power in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, China.

Envision’s new facility will begin trial production in 2024, with full commercial output scheduled for late 2025.
