Publix has opened a new supermarket in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, continuing the retailer’s expansion across one of the fastest-growing grocery markets in the United States.
The new store opened on 21 May at Avenir Town Center on Northlake Boulevard. Publix confirmed the location is Store #1800 and part of its wider Florida growth strategy.
The supermarket spans more than 48,000 square feet and serves the rapidly developing Avenir master-planned community in Palm Beach Gardens. The opening comes after major construction delays caused by tornado damage linked to Hurricane Milton in late 2024.
