SPAR International gathered young retail professionals from across its network for the 2025 Future Leaders Programme in Bari, Italy.
The training aimed to help participants grow as supermarket managers and leaders. Sessions focused on how to run stores better, manage people, and improve local retail performance.
SPAR said the programme encourages a modern way of thinking — helping people understand their role, their teams, and their impact on the wider business. It’s part of SPAR’s long-term plan to build leadership within its global community.
The event and its highlights are featured in the new issue of Contact International, SPAR’s official magazine published four times a year. The magazine appears in English, German, Spanish, and Italian and shares retail stories from SPAR markets worldwide.
